Core behavior
- YouTube subtitle word lookup is the core feature in the submitted v1 review build.
- Users can click subtitle words, view a definition popup, hear pronunciation when available, and save useful words locally.
- Saved words, saved subtitle lines, review state, and settings are stored locally in the browser.
- AI-powered lookup is enabled by default and can be turned off in the extension settings.
- The submitted v1 review build does not require a subscription.
