What you pay
Prices are shown in US dollars. Pro is $4 per month at the early price, billed monthly until you cancel.
VAT, GST, or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and is shown before you confirm the order. The total on the checkout screen is the total you are charged.
How billing works
Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You get a receipt by email for every charge, and the renewal date is always visible in your account settings.
Cancel any time from your account settings or from the link in any receipt. Pro then stays active until the period you already paid for runs out, and your saved words stay in your library afterwards on the free plan.
Who handles the payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all VocTap orders, and handles payment, tax, billing questions, and refunds.
Charges appear on your statement as Paddle or PADDLE.NET* rather than VocTap. You can reach Paddle directly at paddle.net for anything about a charge.
Refunds
Every paid charge can be refunded in full within 30 days, no reason needed. The Refund Policy covers the details, including renewals, statutory withdrawal rights, and how to ask.
